EduMaan primarily addresses the issue of unemployment. EduMaan is addressing the need for equality in standards of education for the candidates who do not study in A-listed or Prime institutes, leading to lack of awareness and recognition in the work environment. EduMaan's motto is to work on improving the Dignity of work.

We have been involved in the Skill development project with both Central and State missions since 2013, the STAR phase to the current PMKVY 2.0. Having worked along with various Skill Sector Councils before, we have discovered major gaps in following:

  • Lack of standardization of independent vocational training institutes.

  • Lack of awareness regarding career graph for a candidate.

  • Lack of awareness in Trainers of the bigger picture and how they are a stakeholder in making a change in the Indian workforce.

  • Lack of smooth transitioning for candidates from education to job environment.

  • Attrition in corporates due to the hiring of candidates with unclear goals.

We have primarily catered to the following stakeholders:

  1. Training Institutes: This includes vocational institutes, tier- B and C colleges.

    • Management: We consult the institute to document their profiles and handhold them in the entire end to end process to standardize their curriculums according to NOS of Industry Skill Sector Council as well as their physical center audits.

    • Trainers/Teaching Staff: We conduct and facilitate Train the Trainer programs to get trainers qualified and become Government recognized trainers for specific job roles. The focus being primarily to inculcate that the end result of any training is to end up in making the candidate employable and job-ready.

    • Students: We engage them through various CSR volunteering initiatives to enhance their confidence and also help them in smooth transitioning by making them aware of their career graph to make a choice with greater clarity of their roles in upcoming one to two years.

  2. Corporates: We help corporates to resolve their attrition issues by sourcing our well groomed and aware candidates. We also conduct various training programmes for their existing employees by providing them Government certified training of RPL certification - Recognition of Prior Learning.

  3. Startups/Entrepreneurs: We also support and consult entrepreneurs in their growth phase of the first year and consult them with their hiring needs.
